We finally got our tree up, and it’s feeling like Christmas. My shopping is *this* close to being done – hoping to polish it off today. Puddings are made. Kinder finished up with the cutest nativity play and lots of fun. Haircuts were got. Cookies were baked. And eaten.
Presents are sitting unwrapped waiting for Christmas Eve. I figured they would most like get *unwrapped* by my little man if they were within reach. We aren’t going out Christmas Eve this year, for the first time in years, so it will be lovely to sit with a wine and carols and wrap away.
The blog will likely be on the quiet side for a few weeks. Hubby will be off work. We have family visiting from Perth. We have a long to-do list, places to see, naps to take and a whole lot of food to eat.
Wishing you the merriest of blessed Christmases. Around here we are celebrating the birth of Jesus who gave us the best gift of all – abundant life. I hope that however you are celebrating the season, it will be safe and very, very happy.
p.s. The winner of the Christmas tags was Megs, however, it seemed as if you all had your Christmas wrapping very sorted, so I made the executive decision to make up another special gift wrappy type prize that can be used at any time of the year which I’ll pass on to her :)
